5. Fees & Payments

By signing up, you agree to pay applicable service fees as displayed on the website. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

• Fees must be paid in advance unless agreed otherwise
• All fees are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy

6. Data Privacy

Your personal and tax information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment details are not stored on our servers.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

• Violation of this Agreement or applicable laws
• Submission of false or misleading information
• Abusive or fraudulent activity

Reliant Taxes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

Reliant Taxes shall not be responsible for penalties, losses, or damages resulting from incorrect or delayed information provided by the user or delays caused by third parties including the IRS.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
